Poached and Flint Showcase a Great Restaurant Concept

I spent a couple of days in Saskatoon with 3 university friends. We chose a downtown hotel so we could walk and explore. After an evening meal we strolled the streets and did some window shopping.

We found the wonderful Poached restaurant and ate there on our last morning together.

We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast. Mine was a savoury crepe so nicely presented and flavours delighted. Everyone was happy with their meal.

The interesting thing about this space is that two separately owned businesses share the same space. Poached is a breakfast spot and Flint is a casual evening place. Flint's charcuterie menu is extensive.

This is a great collaboration.
Just makes you want to walk at night.

Window shopping.

Brand new and spiffy.
